A man called home to his wife and said, "Honey I have been asked to go fishing up in Canada with my boss & several of his Friends. We'll be gone for a week. This is a good opportunity for me to get that Promotion I've been wanting, so could you please pack enough Clothes for a week and set out

My rod and fishing box, we're Leaving From the office & I will swing by the house to pick my things up" "Oh! Please pack my new blue silk pajamas".

The wife thinks this sounds a bit fishy but being the good wife she is, did exactly what her husband asked.

The following Weekend he came home a little tired but otherwise looking good. The wife welcomed him home and asked if he caught many fish?

He said, "Yes! Lots of Salmon, some Bluegill, and a few Swordfish. But why didn't you pack my new blue silk pajamas like I asked you to do"? You'll love the answer... The wife replied, "I did. They're in your fishing box"....

داستان کوتاه انگلیسی با ترجمه فارسی

Mr. Jones had a few day's holiday, so he said, "I'm going to go to the mountains by train." He put on his best clothes, took a small bag, went to the station and got into the train. He had a beautiful hat, and he often put his head out of the window during the trip and looked at the mountains.

But the wind pulled his hat off. Mr. Jones quickly took his old bag and threw that out of the window too. The other people in the carriage laughed.

"Is your bag going to bring your beautiful hat back? They asked. "No", mar jones answered,

"But there's a name and an address on the bag. Someone's going to find both of them near each other, and he's going to send me the bag and the hat."

مرخصی

آقای جونز چند روز، تعطیلی (مرخصی) داشت، بنابراین او گفت، من قصد دارم با قطار به کوهستان بروم . او بهترین لباسش را پوشید، کلاه کوچکش را برداشت، به ایستگاه رفت و سوار قطار شد . او یک کلاه زیبا داشت، او اغلب سرش را از پنجره در طول سفر برای دیدن کوهستان خارج می کرد .
